to ensure that all junior members receive the best quality coaching available. Our new Club Coach (Former Chelsea F.C. Academy
Coach) will also be applying his expertise to assist our coaches in the delivery of the new program.
Our girls and women's teams will also benefit from the club having an ex-Matilda
player within our ranks to provide valuable experience and expert advice on player development and coaching practice in women's

All our coaches will have the necessary qualifications for
the age group they coach and to ensure coaching is delivered in a professional manner and responsive to the individual team
